Please read and sign the two petitions below, since they show what CPS has been doing for years~~Children have been taken from Families, with little regard in determining the TRUE facts. I have purposely listed these side by side. Since the petition on the left are children taken from Foster Parents, and the petition on the right is a child taken from her parents.

Hopefully, this year 2008, will be the year that our legislators recognize the Importance of Family and Hold Child Protective Agencies Responsible for their actions by destroying Families, ALL FAMILIES. and protect the Importance of a FAMILY.

PLEASE HELP !!!

I am starting this petition to help bring our 3 boys back home !! They were removed from our home by the Department of CPS and DSS on January 23, 2008. CPS has made allegations against my wife and I claiming child abuse from a bruise David ( our 2 1/2 year old ) had on his side?

Those of you that know us will know that this is not even possible and completely ridiculous !!! These boys were with us for 13 months and we want to adopt them into our home.

Joel, David and Sammy must come back home where they belong. We love them and miss them terribly !! Our hearts are broken and we worry all day and night about them, I can only hope that they understand that Mommy and Daddy are doing everything in our power to bring them back home, and we will not stop until we do so !!!

So I ask everyone to please sign this petition and support our effort to bring our boys home where they belong !!!!

On April 3, 2005, Sabrina was born to Nancy Hey.  She weighed 7 lb. 4 oz.  Mother and baby were released from the hospital on April 5, 2005.  On April 8, 2005, Ms. Hey took Sabrina to the pediatrician for a regular post-birth follow-up.  The baby had lost weight (from 7lb. 4oz. to 6lb. 12oz.) so the pediatrician recommended supplementation with formula (Ms. Hey was nursing) and a follow-up visit several days later.  Ms. Hey saw the pediatrician three more times after that initial visit.  Although Sabrina's weight only dropped to 6 lb. 10 oz., she did not exhibit a sustained weight gain.  As a result, on that third visit, the doctor who saw Ms. Hey and Sabrina indicated that Sabrina's weight loss and lack of sustained weight gain was more significant than Ms. Hey had been led to believe and he instructed Ms. Hey to admit Sabrina to the hospital.

New for June 2007-Please Help Me to Get My Grandchildren
I have been in the process of trying to get my 4 Grandchildren since I found out in August 2005 that they were removed from my Daughter-in-laws home in Kenton County (Covington, Ky) since then I filed for an interstate compact.  I was told that in order to get my Grandchildren I would have to obtain a foster care license in Indiana and get the kids as Foster children.
